New IDPA reimbursement notice

We received an informational notice from HFS yesterday stating that we will need to send cost information with prior approval requests effective 8/1/11.  It lists affected items but then states "other durable medical equipment and supply products."  Does anyone have a list of items, or does this impact all items subject to prior approval?
